"Michael Griffin is great to work with. My garage had caught on fire. He was very patient and listened to what I had and what I wanted. He was also very helpful in explaining the insurance process to me so that everything went smoothly. I picked Michigan Fire Restoration over the company that my insurance company recommended and am so happy that I did."

"Derrick was amazing to work with, and he was really on my side through the battle with the insurance company. I couldn't have asked for a better contractor to help with the water damage in my bathroom. He communicated a lot both with me and with the insurance, and he was flexible when we had long wait times.
