"They responded promptly to my request. Arrived pn time. Did a thorough cleaning. Very respectful of items in the house. They were pleasant and very professional . The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them to people who are considering their services."

"Very professional, if I ever need them again they are going to be the first ones I call.."

"While on Angi, I researched this company. Great ratings with BBB, licensed and insured. I can't say enough how overly pleased I am with this company. They met me at my house on time. The two gentlemen were professional and had years of experience in the trade. Initially I was only getting a quote to replace a rotten deck support post. I was impressed with them that I added "adjusting 3 wooden picket gates" and cutting limbs from a tall tree. I was so lucky to find a contractor that did what they said they were going to do, in the time they said it would take and the 3 projects were completed 100% to my satisfaction. This company gives 100% customer service. When they finished, they left the yard immaculate..not one piece of trash. I already have a spring project lined up. BMF Contracting is now my go to Contractor."

"Frank and Joe are top quality service, keep you constantly informed of where progress stands and extremely hard workers. They go above and beyond expectations. I would definitely hire them if needed. Very fair and friendly and strive to protect your property."

"We have been in our home 3-1/2 years, and this is the second water leak that caused damage. AdvantaClean was recommended by our insurance company last year when we had a dishwasher leak. Recently, we discovered a toilet leak that was passing water and sewage into our crawl space. Based on the work done last year, I called AdvantaClean again, and again they were responsive and very helpful. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient. The clean up was accomplished in minimal time. The bottom line for me with AdvantaClean is that I trust them."

"They came very quickly and they did a good job. They are very professional, veteran owned ,and the service people are all veteran. The follow up and professionalism is really outstanding."

"Our recliner couldn't be restored. But the tech was very polite and helpful."

"It was pretty good, the gentleman explained everything to me and what to expect, they finished in just a couple of hours. They walk me through the insurance process, cleaned up after work, very patient with me, very responsive and communicative."

"The service was good. We just paid the $59 Big Deal. They were great and professional. The price was fine."

"Great service, professional and completed job per schedule."
