"We recently worked with Flood Solutions after our basement flooded, and Megan—our inspector and project manager—was incredible. She was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the process, which meant a lot as an allergy sufferer worried about proper remediation. She honestly deserves her own show on mold education! When the team arrived, they were organized, detailed, and clearly cared about doing things the right way. Matthew and the crew also did a fantastic job finishing everything and making sure we felt informed and comfortable throughout. We can’t recommend Flood Solutions enough. If you need a trustworthy team during a stressful time, call them—and hopefully you get Megan, she’s a gem!"

"Robert was very responsive and reliable. He explained very well with the water flood damage and mitigation/installation process. At the same day. Ros team came to my house to expedite the process of water mitigation and installation of my basement floor. Rob handled the cost estimation very professionally and directly worked with my insurance company to get into the agreement with the final cost estimation. I am totally satisfied with the service from Rapids Flood Team. If any issues with water damage, call Rapids Flood Team. Good jobs, Guys! Kevin & Shu"

"Very professional service and fair price. The technician Alex is a very nice and professional person, he explained everything to me and also complied with the safety and sanitize measures to work at my place."

"All around professionals that were a big help to have during a stressful time. Patrick and his team were super responsive. They arrived to our home quickly to assist with a water leak issue from our main service line. They helped prevent the spread of the damage and the development of mold. They were super helpful with navigating through the process with our insurance company as well. They know their stuff! I also liked that they are a local company. Support our local businesses!"

"Happy with the whole service."

"Overall, Economy Restorations seems to be a reputable business, however their customer service is unsatisfactory. After I scheduled (and paid) for my roof repair, a week went by without hearing from them. Once I reached out to them, I received a shortly worded reply that the work had been completed. In my opinion, someone should have contacted me once the work was complete to let me know all had went well."
