"Great price and service. I highly recommend this company! Communication left nothing to be desired and the quality of work exceeded my expectations."

"I had a great experience using this company. The communication was great. They were very professional really cared about the quality of their services in every aspect. They came bright and early and worked full days. The work site was clean and they were very respectful of our property. I will be using them For future projects."

"Very professional, if I ever need them again they are going to be the first ones I call.."

"We chose Procoat Plus because that was the best bid. They did a great job prepping and painting a triplex. They took care that the tenants' cars weren't affected by overspray - some weren't home to move their cars, so Nick's team covered them. The tenants found them and Nick to be very courteous and helpful. We appreciated that Nick knew a matte paint that would be washable would be best. It looks great. We've already recommended Procoat Plus to others."

"As far as I can tell they did a good job of removing the mold and drying out the area, but I can only see the above floor part not the crawl space. They did not remove the damaged, moldy siding on the exterior, but I believe they wanted me & my homeowners insurance to make an overall plan to do that part of the remediation before removing part of my siding. They could have provided more information in advance on how the process would go rather than spending so much effort 'making the sale.' Better communication and punctuality would have been appreciated. I don't know that cost of the service yet; I paid them $1000, which is my insurance deductible, and they submitted the rest of the bill to my insurance. I don't know yet if all will be covered."

"This company helped me when my house flooded last winter. The leak was in my kitchen and I was devastated and overwhelmed. Luckily they were able to guide me and dry my home. I had a new kitchen also put together by them, that I am very happy with. Very smooth turn out and very helpful through out the process. I definitely recommend this company."

"Extremely responsive and very efficient. They were on time, performed flawlessly, and extremely professional. The crew (two man operation for this job) were very articulat and personable. They knew their business and set my mind at ease dealing with a nasty mold issue. I would highly recommend them and actually plan to use them on an upcoming job."
