"On 3/10/26 our community was struck by a tornado. We called Flawless restoration that night and by 9:00am the next morning (3/11/26) they had a crew at our home. They were professional and did a GREAT job. At a time when they could have price gouged us, they did not. Their price was very reasonable. we highly recommend them."

"Kyle Luke the service provider was excellent!"

"I recently had water damage at my property due to multiple roof leaks. In the beginning I was very confused as to what my actions would be and I was also having a difficult time with my insurance company covering all the damages to my property. I found a company that specializes in fire and water damage restoration. Unlike other contractors they took care of me like I was family. My townhouse has many issues from its original construction. The bricks weren’t sealed properly, my windows weren’t caulked properly, I didn’t have a vapor barrier on my exterior walls and etc. This company took their time to go over the issues with my residence prior to starting the repairs in order to make me comfortable with the entire process. I was also impressed with how many different services they were able to complete, basically they are a one stop shop. They fixed my roof and warranted it for 10 years, they waterproofed my bricks, they re-caulked and fixed all the windows, they performed water restoration services and completed the interior repairs. I was extremely happy with the quality of their workmanship and the timeliness of their services. They are a fully licensed general contractor with the city of Chicago. Their prices are very reasonable when it comes to remodeling and they also deal with the insurance company in order to ensure that you will receive full payment if you have fire, water, or wind damage."

"We hired OCP Construction for a couple of projects: Finishing the Basement with a family room, office, bathroom, kitchenette, and laundry room and the second project remodeling the attic. We can not thank enough the company owners, management, and especially their best crew who transformed and made significant changes to our living spaces and our living environment. From the day we met with James and Jay, we felt very confident in our choice of company for our projects. Respectful, polite, professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, hard-working, responsible, dependable, you name any good qualities and all we can apply to OCP construction and their crew who were very punctual and completed all work in the terms it was promised. I will recommend the company to anyone who is looking for great quality and honest services. Thank you very much OCP Construction and we definitely will be using your services again in the future. Thank you for your business!"

"I didn't hire Hydroforce because their expertise is in flood situations which was not what I had going on. The person who called me was honest, let me know that the work I needed was not in their expertise and gave me an explanation of what they do. In the past, I have talked with companies who would just say "yes" to get the job, but the have no idea what they were doing. I appreciate when a company is honest and just gives it to me straight. That being said, if I ever have a flood situation in the future, I will be calling Hydroforce for help."

"I hired Crowbar Construction to replace a large concrete staircase that was falling apart. This was not a small job, and access to heavy equipment was limited. But, Scott figured out the best solution with little to no damage to the grass. He was hands on with the entire process; form the initial estimate, providing a detailed diagram of the new stairs to me and the village, and obtaining all permits. He answered all my questions and concerns with lots of patients ( I had many questions). When it was time to pour the new stairs, Scott and his crew worked quickly, efficiently, were very detail oriented. I deal with many contractors, Scott was one of the nicest, respectful, and helpful contractors that I ve ever used. He and his crew went above and beyond the job. The stairs came out fabulous. I think a tornado could come through, and they still would be standing. I would recommend Crowbar Construction to anyone that needs concrete work done at a great price. Let Scott Miller from Crowbar Construction be your first and last call for all your home needs. Thanks Scott and crew!"
