"It went smooth and thorough and he gave us the information we needed to know. I was wanting to schedule something soon and they were able to come out two days after I inquired their services! Cant beat that. We also got a phone call explaining everything that was found for the air quality test and where to go from there. All their help was very much appreciated."

"Their service technicians were kind and helpful and did good work. I would definitely recommend this business to others."

"Excellent, excellent, excellent! Expert investigation of water problem followed by thorough mitigation and very prompt service!"

"Good service. Appreciate Brians flexibility."

"Excellent job. The owner called us personally (and right away) to schedule our appointment. We live in the northern suburbs (North Branch). Most service providers were either not interested in traveling to our location, or required a very high minimum dollar amount in order to even show up. In our mind, you pay for what you get, and we couldn't have been happier from beginning to end -- not only with the professionalism in follow up, but the customer service, and ultimately the service provided. Bill was our technician who was very knowledgeable and efficient. Although we can't speak for others, our carpet was dry within 24 hours (even during a humid period of time), and our carpet looks like new again. Bill was on time and respectful of our home. We will be contacting this company again when we get ready for duct cleaning in the near future."

"Carson was quick to respond to my request for services and we were able to schedule an in-person consult right away. We had a tight window to get the job done and he was right on time and got the job done in the allotted time and did a really terrific job for a fair and reasonable price. I would absolutely hire again and recommend Carson and Relax Restoration 100%."

"Very professional service and on time."

"Allied Property Service was definitely worth all five stars. Seems like in this day and age 5 stars is hard to come by. Shaun excellent customer service, fast response time and top-notch quality all at an extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company."

"I can not say enough positive things about this company, they called me back within minutes, after leaving a message in the evening. A kind , knowledgeableand compassionate person called me back and another representative called me the next morning to offer their expertise service even though we were out of their usual area of service. They came and inspected our water damage and treated affected areas. Top notch business! We will definitely call them again! Thank you for amazing customer service!"
