Kenny was extremely prompt in responding to our cry for help about a water leak on a Saturday afternoon and had his crew out to immediately clean up and assess the extent of the damage throughout the rest of the weekend. They helped us in planning all of the next steps with our insurance company and helped to make sure that everything was considered in having the claim inspected. First and foremost, the level of communication that Kenny and Tony had with us was fantastic.
