"The team was very professional. Job ran smoothly. It was well staffed and delivered in the time promised. On site manager was very personable and kept us abreast of the progress. They were flexible in scope as we added services as the project progressed and they did not price gouge for the additional work. They coordinated well with other contractors and even made special trip to Home Depot to purchase items like shelving and dehumidifier on our behalf as we would have had trouble transporting these items without the use of a truck. "I've used George and the AMS team twice now in a jam. In early 2020, we were finishing up a remodel and after closing off a skylight the contractor went to repaint they found mold. George came the next day to give me a quote and got started on the work quickly. Just last Friday, when we had heavy rain, we had water enter our basement. I called George and he came the next day to give me a quote for the work. He had the crew there first thing Monday to get started. In both cases the crew was great. George is highly responsive and makes sure the job gets done right. He also was very honest and told me things that didn't need to be done, which i really appreciated. "AllStates was amazing throughout the remediation process for a 2nd floor roof leak last year (2023) that caused a significant mold issue in my home over time. After their cleanup/demolition, their air samples along with personal air/surface tests I used to compare before & after remediation came back healthy/all in the green. Those tests were up to 6 times greater than normal limits prior. The local drywall contractor I lined up to close the walls/ceilings back up commended their work on the demolition and cleanup.
