They did a great job!! I found the company through Angi’s list. I originally just wanted them to remove some asbestos tiles. But after talking with Atilio I decided to add a new vinyl floor which we were going to do anyway, just later. But as we were working through these projects I felt more comfortable and confident in their professionalism and craftsmanship. So I had them paint the walls, doors and window frames. Then I had them replace a door and update all the power plugs. We started a project for flooring and ended up renovating the whole room and I’m so glad I did! But I only did that because the team earned my trust. I really appreciated the communication. I was constantly updated. They completely transformed our room! So glad I decided to go with Bernhardt Restoration!"

"The teams that came out from K-Savers did FINE work in cleaning up our moderately-flooded basement after the July 4th rainstorm, removing the tile flooring in main room and the crud from concrete floors, washing and sanitizing all floors, cutting out/removing the drywall & insulation that was damp; they left huge fans and a dehumidifier running down there to help dry the area. They went above and beyond in every way, and wanted me to inspect and ask any questions I had. It is cleaner down there now than it was before the flooding. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"Incredibly responsive and do great work. I had Matt and team do some mold remediation work in our basement and the remediation and reconstruction was done in a very timely and respectful manner. We have a young baby and I never had to ask them to take off shoes or make sure the area was contained. It's a small detail, but it's amazing to me how many workers never wear shoe covers or remove their shoes. Just illustrates the attention to detail. They also passed the air quality inspection done afterwards upon first try, which indoor sciences said is unusual based on their experiences with many mold remediation companies. I would hire them again to do work in our home."
