"We have just finished up having demo work done in our basement after we got several inches of water in the deluge of storms a few weeks back, and needed to pass along our recommendation. After several DAYS of back-and-forth voicemails and â weâ ll call you back in 10 minutesâ with a popular restoration company, I started to look for a better solution. After all, who doesnâ t want to wait a few extra days as the mold starts to spread? I reached out to Noah at ServMate, and cannot say enough about how terrific he and his crew were. He answered my call and was at the house the next morning. Even showed up a few minutes early, whenâ s the last time you had a contractor do that? We had a drawn-out debate with our insurance company about coverage (they declined to get involved, naturally) and Noah was patient and helpful the entire way through. When they declined to assist, he made sure to work the bill to a number we could manage. His crew showed up on time, friendly, clean, and efficient. They put in a 12-hour day to make sure they got everything done as fast as they could so they could start drying the place out. One poor guy got saddled with 3+ hours of air chiseling the old vinyl tile up, but they still left with a smile. Every call and text was answered immediately or returned within minutes, day or night, weekend or not. All work was done to fit into our schedule. They were more than cooperative in helping make sure we knew exactly what was and wasnâ t salvageable, cleanable, etc. When the bill came due, Noah made sure to rework the invoice so we could split it over check and credit card payment. While I canâ t say the basement flood is an experience I enjoyed, working with Noah and his team was beyond an A+ experience. Should you find yourself in the same unfortunate position this spring, know that you will have a bright spot in the mess."

"Progressive did a pretty large plumbing job for me at my new office and they did an outstanding job."

"American Property Services did a great job at my house in Alexandria. They showed up very fast and quickly restore my house. The water damaged the whole ceiling and the floor. The kitchen cabinets were saved and they had the insurance to pay for them to be replaced. Highly recommend them."

"Our sump pump failed on a Saturday evening. Their team came out that evening, found us a plumber who could come out that same night, did an amazing job of remediation and made sure that everything was done right. Having a flooded finished basement is an overwhelming situation, and knowing that there wouldn't be any more surprises -- they always came when they said they would and kept me updated about everything -- was just great. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Definitely recommend!"

"On the appointed date, three very pleasant, diligent, strong young men, including Stephonâ the owner of the businessâ arrived at our house on time. I had arranged for the service to clear from our garage and very large basement 20-50 years worth of accumulated STUFF. LARGE and small, things, very heavy and not so, bulky items, clothing, bedding, rugs, framed picture, household goods, tools, games, appliances, etc.etc.etc. They were competent and systematic in their work and also had some helpful suggestions. They worked really hard: the bulk of the job required everything to be carried up a flight of stairs, thru a fairly small area, then out thru the garage. Plus after hours of carrying and loading everything into their truck, they cleaned up the very dirty (disgusting) floors when they were finished. In addition, they were personable, polite and professional. There was one small negative in that I had thought they were going to remove some old exercise equipment, which they werenâ t prepared to do. However I believe that was due to a miscommunication between myself and Stephon initially, and that can happen. I hope never to accumulate so much stuff again! But if I ever need such service in the future, albeit on a smaller scale, I will hire Stephon and TRASH TALKERS In a heartbeat. I highly recommend this Company to anyone who needs a very, good, reliable clean-out service"

"Let this be the last review you read! You are undoubtably looking for immediate support right now and need a company who will be able to respond promptly and professionally, take action immediately, and execute at the highest level -- that is Restoration 360. I was days away from having my first child when our 2,500 sqft basement flooded. The R360 team was able to immediately respond, put a plan into action, and start work all within the same day. Work was able to continue when my wife went into labor and when we arrived home from the hospital, everything was taken care of and in absolute perfect condition. The cleanup and drying equipment they use is state of the art and the care they provide for your house while conducting business is second to none... heavy duty flooring protection to move equipment through the house, corner protectors, raising up furniture on waterproof blocks to get them out of the water ASAP, etc. On top of the excellent service they provided for the core flooding issue, dealing with them was an absolute pleasure. They answered calls and texts, provided frequent updates, helped with insurance related questions and provided proper and detailed documentation for insurance and even interfaced with insurance directly when needed. This was a PAINLESS process for a pain in the *** issue and I can't thank Joe and the team enough! You will not regret picking up the phone now and calling R360 to get this process started."
