Overall, the project took about 14 months from when we found them due to permits taking a few months. Our floors are Jatoba/ Brazilian cherry which Iâ ve learned isnâ t easy to work with. Carlos came immediately, identified to me and my GC what the other guys were doing wrong. We fired the other contractor and had Carlos and his team start the next day. They evened out all the divots, uneven spots and saved us from a major disaster. Our floors look amazing again. Their work is great, they also use equipment to mitigate all the dust during the sanding process. 10 stars!"
