"It went great. They were awesome. They had a reasonable price and they did a great job."

"Bill was at my house within an hour of calling for water and mold in my basement. He was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and checked in frequently to update on progress and any adjustments that needed to be made. Additionally, he was very knowledgable in providing feedback on where the problem/leak could be stemming from. Once finished with the clean up in a section of my basement, the carpets were cleaned and all of his equipment and materials were cleared out. He even offered to help put things back or come back in the future once the cause of the water was addressed. I would highly recommend Bill's services to anyone looking for honest, hardworking, successful services."

"He is a dedicated, professional and prompt in the delivery of his service. Reliable and dependable, and will recommend to anyone at anytime."

"They did a great job creating a new walk-in pantry for us where none was before. He was very helpful every step of the way. He was professional, courteous, and most importantly did an amazing job building the custom shelving I designed. He was able to recommend a few modifications that made the design better and we are very happy with the final product. I would highly recommend!"

"These guys are great! I was stuck out of state when I learned we had a flooded basement. Cloud Nine worked with me to schedule the earliest possible time when I could be there and they had the place cleaned up and ready for next steps quickly and professionally. They explained to me what they were doing each step of the way and included me in the process. I would recommend these guys without hesitation! They have done a great job so far and I will likely use them for the restoration work as well once I get the go ahead from the insurance company. Cloud Nine provides professional, high quality services with great personal attention!"

"He had a cancellation and was able to come out the day I called. He verified that we actually didn't have mold growing in the one area. Since that area was connected to an indoor hot tub room, he checked the tub room just to verify that all was ok in there. He gave me some tips on preventing mold in that tub room and informed me about some other areas to watch (as this was in the basement and we have had water get inside with heavy rain) and I asked him about some marks on my basement ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be calling if need for future services."

"Great company, honest management, good people."
