"For the second time this year, we needed to call Josh Long and his team at Eco Pure to address a water leak in our home. After receiving excellent service in June 2019 due to a leak in our kitchen, we did not hesitate to call Josh when we had a second, unrelated incident in one of our bathrooms in December 2019. As with the first call, we give Eco Pure the highest rating for being responsive, knowledgeable, performing quality work and being respectful of our personal property. We were especially impressed at how quickly Eco Pure responded during the Christmas season, since our leak was discovered on December 23rd. Project specifics: After discovering a water leak in our upstairs bathroom, we called Josh, and he arrived with his team in less than two hours to evaluate the leak and set up fans and humidifier to start the drying process. At that time, Josh scheduled a date for the demo and showed up as expected on that scheduled date. When it was discovered that we needed plumbing services to prevent further damage, Josh contacted us quickly and due to his recommendations for plumbers, we were able to get the work completed within a few hours. The fans and humidifier were left in place for several days to ensure everything was dry. Josh called us a few days after his services were complete and paid for, just to check in that we were able to find someone to complete repairs. We are currently in process of hiring a dry wall installer to repair the damage and due to the diligence and quality of effort we observe by Josh and his team, we highly value any service providers recommendations by him. Throughout the entire process, Josh was very responsive and took the time to call us back quickly whenever we had questions. As a homeowner, overwhelmed with these unexpected situations, twice in one year, we were grateful to work with Eco Pure because we felt confident that the work was being done correctly. We would absolutely recommend Eco Pure and would hire them again if necessary."

"I am giving ExpressDry a 5.0 rating because they deserve it. They showed up on Thanksgiving week, great customer service, a big THANK YOU to Moy Munoz for making us feel like we were more than just a customer, i genuinely feel he wanted nothing but the best for us. He was quick to answer questions, explained the process in detail, his workers that came out and did the whole mitigation was awesome. They came in and got it done without any complications. Fast response, professional, quick, clean, friendly, helpful, I definitely recommend these guys! Thank you so much for all your hard work!"

"When I returned home from vacation, 50% of my house was submerged in water from a broken pipe hidden behind a wall. I was worried that mold was going to be a long lasting issue but Cal Coast knew how to handle it all. What truly stood out was how they were able to work directly with my insurance company, originally denied my claim But beyond their technical ability, it was their compassion and empathy that left a lasting impact for me and my wife. In a time of vulnerability, their team treated us with such dignity and respect. They basically fought the insurance company for us. Thanks to Cal Coast Water Damage, what could have been a devastating ordeal became a manageable challenge. I actually got a new kitchen and fresh paint out of it :)"

"Great service, prompt and professional, provided an affordable solution to the problem we had."

"We had a toilet overflow in our home. Alex & team from MACCRAFT came out quickly, removed the carpet and pad due to contamination, and later installed laminate flooring. They also removed the toilet and handled everything very efficiently. Because they responded so fast, we were able to avoid any mold issues. The whole process was much faster than me and my husband expected, and they made sure everything was properly finished before leaving. I’m very happy with the results and really appreciate their work."

"RCD was FANTASTIC. I had a deadline for when family was coming into town and they went above and beyond to ensure it was hit. Tim is very friendly and such a people person; he really worked with me on budget what was needed not needed in the space, checked regularly on the projects to ensure progress. Art, Daniel, and Jose were such an amazing team; so funny, such hard workers, so friendly to my kids, and even let me kids help when appropriate; they also cleaned up after themselves everyday before they left. They really transformed my 80s bathroom into a modern amazing Pinterest worthy bathroom. Cant wait for the next project !! Thank you RCD. The Tuholskis love you."

"Where do I begin?! Rhonda is the office manager and was my first point of contact. She was pleasant and very helpful. our client did not have funds to pay for his work upfront. Our client is a disabled veteran with a severe case of PTSD.
