"Great cleaning service! Fair priced (better than competitors). are very professional and friendly. Overall very happy with this service"

"The work was completed. Thank you Dr. Fixit, we really appreciate you."

"The owner of the company, George,  was very professional.  He promptly returned calls and answered our questions.  Our 1930s house is made of cement blocks with a recent entryway addition (wood/drywall).  We bought the house last winter and after the terrible spring and summer rains we had some leaking.  There was a pervasive smell of mold that seemed to come from the entryway, although there was no visual evidence of mold and we had replaced the roof after it leaked.  George agreed to remove the portion of the wall and floor where we agreed the damage likely had taken place.  After removal and treatment, the smell remained. We agreed to a change order for additional work and George promised that he would continue the work until he found the source of the mold.  George went beyond the scope of work we had originally thought necessary in order to find the source of the smell.  He investigated and removed flooring from an adjacent room where it appears that a leak was coming under an exterior doorframe and then going under the floating wood floor.  He found the leak!  He encapsulated and treated the area.  The clean up was immaculate.
We are very happy with the work performed.  We would recommend using American Mold Solutions.

"A Company With AAA Customer Service"

"Amazing service!! Responsive and professional!!"

"I recommend this company to anyone who ever needs any services they provide. They helped us deal with a stage 3 sewer contamination flood. My entire first floor was completely ruined. From the first phone call to every single person I have encountered in this company, they not only have done a phenomenal job. They did it right. They are professional, kind, friendly ,immaculate while they work, on top of being good hard working people. I truly do not believe I would have ever encountered this with other companies and for that I am forever grateful."
