He took his time inspecting everything including the crawl space which was not originally included in the project. He confirmed that I did not have a mold problem and that the very strong odor was coming from the carpet and padding as I was told by a waterproofing specialist. He took time inspecting everything and testing the humidity in the walls and insulation. He spent about one hour assessing everything and did it free of charge. I will keep his information to recommend him to others in need of mold remediation. I would also trust referrals from him for other type work I might need."
