"After discovering moisture in my basement wall and a musty smell, I proceeded to take steps for waterproofing. First step mold testing. My test came back positive for mold, so made a call and the first company gave me a ridiculous quote without even looking at my basement. Next call was to Cat Recovery. I'm so glad I called them because the entire experience was brilliant. Mark came right out and gave me so much helpful information and put my mind at ease. They did an outstanding job! The basement smells and looks so much better. Thank you CAT Recovery Services!"

"Very informative and informed me of what needs to be done"

"I d give 1st Rate Construction and Environmental Services a 6 star rating if it allowed me to do so! I discovered a major mold issue in my crawlspace. After researching for mold removal services, I saw the reviews for 1st Rate and decided to ask him to come to my house and give me a quote. Rick drove 2.5 hours to my house the next day, on a Saturday! He is very professional and prompt. The whole process was explained before hand, and in a few days, I had a quote, not just an estimate. Not one dollar above was agreed upon, no surprises. If he says he will be there, he is there. He definitely goes above and beyond. I wish all contractors were as honest and hard working as Rick is. The other reviews are spot on, not some paid-for reviews. He earned his 5 stars. I cannot day enough good things about him. I definitely recommend him without hesitation!"

"On time. Very professional. Great workmanship. Excellent customer service."

"After further review of my problem, I did not need to hire Homestar at this time. However, I received some of the BEST customer service anywhere. They gave me their time and professional advice in helping to identify what was needed to solve my problem. Both Jeremy York, Pres. and Bryan King, VP were extremely helpful in my time of need. I highly recommend Homestar for any of your restoration or new construction needs. I'm sure I'll be calling them again in the near future! John Bond - Sugar Creek Landing"

"Viktor did a great job, was knowledgable and professional all the way through"

"They were amazing. Helped me at my home! They have a nice drying machine that made it so I did not have to rip all my walls out and they dried out everything! I work property management as well and I use them for commercial locations now for mold and restoration services!"

"I have utilized and referred DDS SERVICES for both residential and commercial services to my family, friends and clients. As a realtor, I'm often asked if I can refer someone for water restoration and or mold remediation. My go to for 15 years has always been DDS SERVICES. They are professional and have all the credentials and certifications to do both small residential to large commercial projects."

"Working with them was quick and easy. Their quotes were given on the same day that they came out and it was lower than the previous company. Customer service and attention to detail was great."

"Kudos to owner,John Meyers for running a very well-organized company. Chris L. (mitigation supervisor) was great at getting the project started and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns regarding the work to be done. If I could rate him via stars,I would give him five stars. The crews always arrived on time, were polite, and worked diligently. The office staff was great also, and kept me informed about the various facets of the project. I highly recommend Tidal Wave Recovery!"
