Unfortunately, their pricing was too high for me and they were not able to provide all the services required to complete my job. "IAQM up and down the line were polite, professional, responsive, thorough, did quality work, and were reasonably priced. Can't ask for much more from a contractor. We had Jack-And-Jill bathroom with a bath/toiled common area and a bathtub with a leaky drain. Water accumulation caused mold to grow under the tub and up two of the three alcove walls and into one of the side rooms. They came out and quoted the work, gave us a work plan, followed it to a 'T', then gave us some hints on things we could do during the rebuild. Their work passed post-inspection on the first pass. Very helpful."

"In July 2025 our home was caught on fire and it was heartbreaking to witness this and we felt so helpless watching this. I was able to meet Zeke who helped our family. He got his guys to come and boarded up our house so it was not exposed. He then walked us steps by steps to rebuild our house. These guys are super professional as well as stand up group! We felt extremely blessed to have met them and for them to walk us through the whole experience. I pray that we never have to go through another disaster like this but if we ever do I would reach out to IRM. I highly recommend IRM to our friends and families.
