After researching for mold removal services, I saw the reviews for 1st Rate and decided to ask him to come to my house and give me a quote. Rick drove 2.5 hours to my house the next day, on a Saturday! He is very professional and prompt. The whole process was explained before hand, and in a few days, I had a quote, not just an estimate.
