"I have never met a friendlier staff than I have with PRS. Their customer service is extraordinary! Every single person that stepped foot on my property was kind, courteous, and very friendly. Any time I needed to call or text, someone answered or got back to me almost immediately with an answer to my question. The whole process went smoothly and I really didn’t have to worry about a thing, as they took care of it all. I got a schedule and everything was on time, which was nice because we had to be out of the the house for a period of time with 3 kids and 2 dogs. They did an amazing job and my floors look amazing! I’d recommend them to anyone I know!"

"Mr. Jimmie and David worked hard to remove the mold and to install a new sub pump to prevent the problem. I am so glad that we went with them and they charge us a fair price for the services."
