"Ryan and his staff were great to work with and very responsive. They made working through our water damage issue bearable and I was amazed that they answered the phone every time I called. Which was a lot. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that has a water damage disaster on their hands."

"James was thorough and informative throughout the project. He was friendly and great to work with. I would highly recommend his services"

"Excellent! Bello went above and beyond my expectations. He was creative and always punctual. His customer service if excellent. He is confident but not arrogant, which is rare to find in this industry. He finds creative solutions to problems but doesn't pretend to know what he does not know. He underpromised and overperformed. Best of all, he is never flakey and always could be counted to get the job done. I will be using him in the future."

"Grey Wolfe provided excellent service repairing damage caused by a plumbing leak. Upstairs bathroom, bedroom, hallway, as well as downstairs walls, carpet and wood floors all needed replacement/repairs. Grey Wolfe negotiated with the insurance company to ensure all repairs were covered. They are very professional and responsive. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the finished work, as well as my dealings with them. I've already requested a quote for the next project."

"We hired WATERLINE RESTORATION LLC to restore our bathroom after discovering Black Mold under the tile, ceiling to floor. From start to finish Viktor and Petro exceeded ALL expectations. We were extremely impressed by their knowledge of the process, their efficiency and attention to detail, their professionalism, and their respect shown to us by taking time to answer our questions thoroughly and clearly, and our home by cleaning up the area. In 2 days, they completed the project and disposed of the waste properly and safely. We can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services."

"The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Very neat job, this was a porch rebuild with a small amount of decking. Workmanship is very good, would definitely hire them again!"

"Hired this company after a flood in my basement. They were communicative. In terms of billing, they made adjustments to not overcharge for holidays. I did have to ask for other adjustments when they overcharged (which they honored). The job was completed in a timely manner and the quality of the work was good. I was happy with how they restored the basement."

"the crew was outstanding in conveying the work to be done."
