Nick and his crew get high marks from us because he is unlike the contractors (for non-disaster work) we have used in the past. First, he did all the initial work that helped us get exactly what was needed from the insurance company. His upfront work was essential to the project going smoothly. His detailed documentation left nothing for the insurance company to argue with. Second, he came in on budget. Third, they were efficient and completed the project on time. He never delayed the project to work on other projects. Finally, we love the finished work. We are very pleased."

He gave me the full range of possible remedies, from installing a eaves gutter on the roofline outside the bedroom to a full (very expensive) sealing of the entire exterior foundation. And actually recommended that we start with the gutter (which I can do myself) and then monitor the area next rainy season and see if that fixes the problem.
