"Very well! They come out soon and very prompt."

"Due to an unexpected partial flooded basement on a Sunday evening, I sent out requests for service. John was the first one to call and was at our house in just about an hour. He is very prompt and professional, and was able to get the water out of the basement that same night. He then set up 11 dehumidifiers throughout the basement to dry everything out for 3 days. The conclusion was handled very well, and he took "before and after" photos and sent those to the insurance company, and took multiple humidity readings as well. I highly recommend John for his skills, timeliness, and professionalism."

"They called as soon as we requested help for a sewer backup and weâ re willing to come out that night but we opted to have them start the clean up in the morning, the were very thorough and knowledgeable, job was completed properly and quickly"

"This job was subcontracted out. Daniel was excellent!"

"We had a water softener malfunction which left standing water through most of our finished basement. Bauer Restoration got to us fast, tackled the cleanup quickly and thoroughly, and did an exceptional job on the repairs. They did a great job explaining what was currently happening and what would happen next. They also worked directly with our insurance company, knowing exactly what our claims adjuster would need every step of the way. Bauer even worked around our schedule when we had a covid case in the house. They turned this home owner's nightmare into a sane and manageable incident. I can't recommend them enough."

"We had a great experience with Justin and his crew. Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. We were so impressed with his customer service, we decided to have him convert our 1-season porch into a 3-season porch, install tile flooring, replace some doors, and paint the interior and exterior of our home. He listened to our ideas, gave us options and suggestions, and helped create solutions for all of the projects. He's like a fiduciary for home improvement and we relied on his expertise to make some great choices to improve our home."
