"We needed someone to evaluate whether some spots on our basement floor were, in fact, mold as we suspected. They were very responsive when setting up the appointment, but gave us the caveat that the inspector would only do a visual inspection for mold and not an actual test (fine by us). Spencer arrived on time and was very friendly and informative in answering all our questions, and didn't try to push any unnecessary services. Given the honesty and professionalism I experienced, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again in the future if I need work done."
