They were in contact and/or here every day and followed up to make sure all scheduled workers showed up when they were supposed to be here. The restoration manager made sure we were happy with all the work and had one or two small things redone or repaired. No complaints and while I would prefer to not to have to use them again I certainly would not hesitate to do so if I had another house disaster."
