"100% without reservation would I recommend this company. We had a bathtub overflow and flood the upstairs bathroom and ceiling and walls of first floor (living room and kitchen). I called multiple companies to come and give me a quote. 1-800-Flooded was at my house before any other company even bothered to call me back. They took the time to walk me through their process and answered all my questions. I wanted multiple quotes and told them I would contact them later one way or another. In the end we decided to go with 1-800-Flooded and scheduled a time window for them to return. Their technician called me later to know his approximate arrival time. When they showed up they set up their equipment quickly and took care to not add to the damage (wearing booties, carefully bringing in and setting up equipment, etc.).
