I had to reverse the headrail and trim the blinds to the correct length. When I called him he told me to reverse the headrail, and trim the blinds, and if I had trouble doing this he would return. Indicated that for the price of $40 It wouldn'be worth it. I did supply the blinds, and thought I paid for a complete job."
