Enrique was creative enough and flexible enough to come up with a quick solution for installing the white vinyl fence on the small section of hill. They worked all day until the whole white vinyl fence was installed. And although I had concerns about how the fence would look, especially going up the hill. "Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. "I hired them to extend an existing four ft high fence two more sections. I had all the material and just needed two post holes dug and the sections installed. I also needed two Buddha belly bamboo trees dug up. One was transferred to a very large pot and one was transplanted to the front yard. We agreed on the price. Once they started digging, they said they had underbid and needed an extra hundred dollars and requested to be paid in cash. Although their work was good and they arrived on time, I have docked a star because of the price change. I have to agree with another reviewer...get a signed contract for your quote to eliminate any surprises. In spite of that, I would consider them again and give a recommendation that includes a firm contract."

"Great. They were respectful, responded to all of my questions and issues. I initially purchased the deal they had on Angie's list and cancelled it when I didn't get a call back. They eventually reached out to me and apologized for the delay explaining that the weather had put them behind. I was very happy with their work and responsiveness when they were able to work with me."

"Jim was quicker that any other contractor in responding to my request for an estimate. Jim came by and assessed the job himself. He recommended going with a "Simm" board instead of regular wood trim. The Simm board is very strong, solid white, and is paintable. Jim sent a team of very experienced men who brought everything they needed to set up scaffolding to reach the 3rd story gable and to work safely. They were here for several hours, paying close attention to every detail. They freely asked me for my input along the way to be sure the job met all of my expectations. The difference was incredible. The house looked new again instead of having the rotten trim giving it an aged look. I later had the house painted along with the trim. The trim took the primer and paint very well and has endured through several heavy rain storms. Jim takes his work very seriously and will so what it takes to meet client's need.
