It included seating all the way around and a 3 feet white PVC fence with openings at 2 ends. The ground started to shift slightly and one board lifted. Different wall materials, layout, etc.  They helped us find solutions even apologized when they could not find a way in one room but had several suggestions for needed materials. They will get the job when I am ready to fix that room.
