"Walter and his associate did a great job fixing the latch on our sliding glass door. As a bonus, they also fixed the handle on our freezer. Great communication, fair price for work, definitely recommend."

"Dex came out and fixed a bad storm door install. He showed up within the window he provided and gave an ETA as well. Very friendly and very reasonable on cost. I would recommend using him for any window or door needs."

"Jose came and started the job earlier than expected which was a great thing. He was fast and efficient and did a great job. I will surely keep him in mind for other issues around the house. The first picture was the issue and the second was how well it was fixed. (Sorry for the lack of cleanliness of the door lol)"

"This review is from work done last year. Mr. Handyman review 11/28/2018: Mr. Handyman (Eric V) sent a text with picture to say he was on the way. Overall, was very pleased with the work done and will use them again. Items fixed: Installed door sweep for the front entryway. Works fine. Took care of the draft. "I am leaving this review regarding Medallion Security Door and Window Company. In addition, as a customer I rate them with 5 stars. Why? First of all Medallion installed my back security door about 20 years ago, and I still use it, it's a little rusty now but that's due to my neglect. Second, I visited Medallion's show room in late June 2022. Erlin R. showed me around and provided just what I needed in terms of assistance, information and professionalism. Peter, came out a week or so later and measured my front entrance and on July 13th. 2022 Caesar and crew came out and installed front security door. I am satisfied 100%, plus I have received information on how to care for door which is a plus for my investment. THANKS MEDALLION & GOD BLESS. Sinclair H."

"I have to say that Matt, Dave and Rich were amazing! They were professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves! I will tell anyone I know looking for windows to call Rite Window for sure. Happy customer Darlene"
