Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. He was very pleasant and professional. I would work with him again."

Sure, the door is in the opening, and will not fall out...but the door was on the deck (not 10 feet away), so the had no excuse to miss measure."
