"This wasn’t the first time I used Vazquez & Son. In 2014, they expanded my closet and built custom doors for it. Luis and his team are alway nice, attentive to detail, and leave the work area clean. So, when my bathroom ceiling was torn up to repair a leak I called him immediately to repair and get my bathroom back in order. In fact I had them repaint the whole thing and it looks great. I’m writing this review a year later because once again I have an emergency repair need (broken bay window) and once again Vazquez & Son are to the rescue! I had been traveling out of the country and a guest using my place broke the window. From the airport, on a Sunday morning, I texted Luis a picture of the window and he responded within 10 mins. It is great to have a reliable responsive handyman/construction service provider when you need one. Not all my projects are big money, but it’s my home (1 bedroom apartment) and having things done right matters to me. He went out of his way to trouble shoot my storm door that didn't close properly and greatly improved the fit of the door in addition to taking the time to make sure the weather stripping was properly installed, and even installing extra weather stripping around the storm door as well. He also painted an exterior door inside and out, and secured second story vinyl siding that kept slipping loose. 10/10 will recommend Eric to anyone!"
