"We had storm damage on our 1950's rambler--the roof/gutters/siding all needed to be replaced. This was complicated when lead was found in the paint of our redwood siding. We had several contractors come out, assess the damage and then never responded again. When Rick's came out to give us a quote, they were on time, gave us a fair, clear quote and met with our insurance adjuster to make sure the adjuster understood the complexity of the project and the potential cost. Without Rick going to bat for us with the adjuster, we could never had afforded to get our house properly fixed. Rick's replaced our entire exterior including removing/replacing the windows, soffits, facia, gutters, roof and siding. It was a major renovation on our little house and garage. Everything proceeded smoothly, they showed up when they said they would, the costs were what they said they would be and the materials and workmanship were top notch. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anyone."

The plan to stain the door didn’t work out so he transitioned into painting the doors without fuss or muss. He worked efficiently and stayed on his time line. "We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Called to make an appointment to get an estimate of the work and they were friendly on the phone and in person.  We were willing to get Doug to come out within a few days and schedule the work within a week.  Very happy with how fast and professional the workers were in getting the huge mirrors off the walls and out of the house.  We plan to use them again when remodeling our master bath and putting in a glass shower door.

"Allen quickly responded and scheduled a timely appointment to come to our home and provide an estimate. He was thorough in assessing the situation in our bathrooms, and provided helpful education and information. He ultimately repaired the grout in 3 bathrooms and referred me to another resource for further (more extensive) repair work in one of our bathrooms that was outside the scope of his services. He notified me via text when he was on his way and how long he expected to be there. He protected the areas he worked in and was neat and cleaned up the areas afterwards. He also assisted in removing a shower door in anticipation of another contractor who was to begin work in a couple of weeks."
