Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. He was very pleasant and professional. I would work with him again."

"I was referred to Tony from a neighbor after noticing how clean and fresh her home smelled when I dropped in for a visit. I called the next day and was on the schedule within a week. Tony and one other coworker arrived on the dot and went to work, these men were hardworking and did not stop from 9:30am until 1:45pm when they left! We had roughly 7-8 areas of carpet that needed to be restretched from poor installation (despite the house and carpet only 3 years old). I worked from home this day and could smell how clean everything was starting to be! I was floored when they told me they were finished and I could walk through to make sure the work met my needs. A lot of companies would not do this and I appreciated the time to do so. You could never be able to see where the carpet was restretched and it legitimately looks brand new and smells fantastic! "We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."
