When we finally got around to getting the work done, he brought 4-5 guys with him to knock it out as quickly as possible because he had a trip planned. The windows were installed in less than a day, and would have been completed that day if not for having to wait on materials from another company. The following day, he picked up the remainder of materials and completed the work in half a day.
While installing one of my windows, the wire connecting my garage door to my garage door opener in my house was broken (the thing was ancient and this was inevitable - the wire shattered if that is any indication of its state). Curtis let me know right away and went to get wiring to fix it. It is operational again and works better than before.
After work was completed, Curtis inspected all windows to make sure work was completed, and made some corrections along the way. He was very detailed, and I truly appreciate the attention he paid to the quality of what was done.
The price was exactly what he quoted me - 1/2 up front, 1/2 after completion of the work. I received several phone calls from him throughout the entire process - from quoting to completion - during which he would update me with scheduling/material status/completion status. He personally made several stops at my window manufacturer to see the status of the windows and make any necessary arrangements.
I will absolutely use Curtis again for any installation needs, and even asked what else Lighthouse Glass does outside of windows so I can take advantage of their services when possible during my remodel.
