"Michael was a joy to work with from the very beginning.  My insurance didn't cover the roof and his price was HALF of what some of the other big guys were!  Michael's calm manner came through at our initial meeting and it continued throughout the job.  He was on the job for a lot of the time-checking on things and making sure it was going as planned.  He dealt with his crew very kindly and patiently, as if he was one of them.  They protected my plants and watering system and the sides of my house-even setting up a barrier so debris wouldn't fall into my neighbors yard.  When the winds started howling and they were unable to complete it when we had hoped, he was very professional.  I had to leave town and felt comfortable leaving because he was in charge and I trusted it would be done right!  HIs crew dealt with lots of snow on the ground and ice and I only saw positive attitudes throughout.  They did a great job of cleanup and when the snow had all melted, they came back and did a final cleanup in my yard as well as the neighbors.  There was a piece of my watering system that did break and Michael will be replacing the part. He was always very open about any questions and available through text when he was not there.  He truly gave the nightmare that I had with my insurance company a pleasant ending.  I would highly recommend him and his crew!!
