When there was a glitch that the existing wall switch did not work, he determined the problem and fixed it. I said i did not want pull chains, and he worked at solving that until it satisfied my whims! I was delighted by their friendly demeanor and the attention they both paid to details. They were both very careful in my home, protecting the paint and furnishings as they worked. They will be back to do a few more jobs for me. We reviewed what I want and plan to complete the next projects within the next six months."
