"Excellent, very professional experience. Ashley set the appointment and even confirmed with a follow-up call. Danny showed up and I walked him through my home repairs. Danny confirmed all my parts were within code. He ran into the same odd connectivity issue that caused the connection to fail. He troubleshot the issue and found the bad builder connection. Once he confirmed, he reinstalled the main light switch which cause the connection to drop. He went back into the wire rat nest and fixed the loose connection. After he completed the repairs and we confirmed the connection was live he even offered to help me install the fan. I purchased an hour and only needed about 20 minutes but I was very happy with the willingness to use the whole hour but just didn't need it .... Overall, great experience and will definitely call on them when I have electrical issues in the future."
