It was simple, yet very impactful to the end result; however, Felipe did not let it affect the contract. Fan-tas-tic! Felipe and his crew are extremely professional and courteous. The job finished one week sooner than I thought it would; even my neighbor commented on the efficiency and speed of the crew. And, Felipe joked to me about it, but, yes, his crew speaks English so there also no communication issues when communicating to the team.
