"Mikhail was able to meet with me shortly after I asked for a quote. I actually submitted a request at night and he had called me right away in case it was an emergency. When he came to give me a quote, he offered a very reasonable price, guided me in what I should purchase for the project, and explained every step of what he was going to do. We scheduled the project for a few days after the quote was given, and he was flexible in me having to run off to help someone with a family emergency. He did a beautiful job, installed a plug, light fixture, and exhaust fan, and cleaned up everything before he left. He called to let me know that if I had any questions, to give him a call. After a bad rainstorm a few days later, when there was a leak, he responded right away to my call and came by the next day to fix it. He even gave me a follow-up call a few days later to make sure everything was going well. I can’t recommend him enough!"
