He then changed his scheduled to come back at the beginning of the next week since we had no power or venting in our main bathroom. Throughout Joe was courteous and polite and explained what the issue was and what he would recommend to have done. He kept me apprised of his work and any issues/workarounds/cost saving options as they came up. I was very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him."
