When they visited, Amin did a great job inspecting and diagnosing my fan. He carefully inspected the fan, part of the ducting, and the attic. The only downside was he left some dust on the floor. He came the next day after we had an agreement. the work was good except that when he laid the landscape wire in my yard I asked him to run it next to my retaining wall to better hide it. However, that was not done. He completed 95% of the work and told me he would come back and complete the work. A week later he finally completed the project. M&M basically does great work."

Troy was able to isolate and seal the flashing issue that was causing our roof leak, however after further investigation, requiring the removal of some siding, we found some more serious structural damage to the studs in the wall. This seemed to be a beyond his expertise as a 1-man job, so we opted to have him stop there and will bring in a construction contractor to make these repairs. We are very pleased with the work Troy did and would not hesitate to contact him again. We are grateful he was dedicated enough to look into the damage further, otherwise we never would have seen the interior damage."
