He came two days later on time and installed a reinforced ceiling box to hold a ceiling fan, hung the fan, installed an outdoor spotlght and even straightened out another fixture we had installed badly at no additional charge. He was willing to wait for us to get equipment we didn't have and he charged exactly what he had estimated. Great job; good guy. We'll use Allstar again."

The other (Phaze Electric) had me on their schedule the next day. Jerome showed up early and quickly assessed what was needed. He obtained the necessary part from Lowe's and was back in a flash to remove the old housing and install the new one.
