"Lightning Bug Electric did a wonderful job. We had Josh & Jake come out to install a ceiling fan & a new switch for it in our two story living room. They were extremely nice, funny & professional. They taught us a lot about the home’s existing wiring, & recommendations to upgrade our house that were extremely helpful. The ceiling fan came out great, & the switch as well! "Daniel came out yesterday to asses the situation. I was provided 3 options in fixing the broken exhaust fan I had. I went with buying the exhaust fan at Home Depot and have install it. I went ahead got LBE to replace the hallway upstairs bathroom exhaust fan too. Even though it was not having issues, I wanted to replace it with the same model as I was replacing the broken one with. Daniel and Hunter came out this morning to replace both fans. Took then less than 2 hours to finish the job. They vacuumed and clean up as well. They both showed the the functioning new fans. They did good work!"

"Our central air conditioning unit stopped working on a weekday afternoon and the indoor temperature quickly rose to 85 degrees. I called Ragsdale's emergency service after hours. A real person took my information and a service tech called me back within 20 minutes to say that he would be at my house that night. He showed up on time and was courteous and very professional. My unit is 18 years old and had not been cleaned in several years. The tech replaced the capacitor and fan motor, added coolant, cleaned the coils, checked pressure and performed several tests. Repair and clean up took about 90 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing on each step, told me the available repair options and their costs, and gave me pointers on how to spot a faulty unit. Our A/C now blows out colder air than prior to repair. I was very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again."

"James is a wonderful handyman.  I paid for the day which was a VERY reasonable flat rate.  James took out my broken garbage disposal and replaced it with pipe, he then took out my old kitchen faucet and replaced it with a new one.  He took down two lights and replaced with new ones that I bought and took down two old ceiling fans and replaced them with new ones.  I can not say enough good things about James.  While James was working on the garbage disposal he noticed that he could hear water running.  He asked me about my water bills and my gas bills and went outside to check my water meter.  He took the time to show me that the red triangle on my water meter was spinning and no water was running which probably meant that I had a leak somewhere.  One of the problems I was having was that I could not get any cold water in the kitchen.  James stated that it was probably because I had a leak in my hot water somewhere near the sink and that was why I wasn't getting cold water because it was being surrounded and heated by hot water.  James was right.  I called a plumber and they came out and found the leak in under the slab of my sink.  The repairs have been made and thanks to James I am looking forward to lower water and heating bills.  He is amazing!!!!!   I am already starting my next list for him to do.
