"Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. The result of the project is a much better lit and livable living room. I want to extend special kudos to Roy. He was very professional, polite, and friendly. A joy to have working on my home. He went out of his way to avoid creating any holes in the ceiling other than those housing the lighting fixtures. And he also did a safety inspection of my home's fuse box. "Ben showed up to price the job when he said he would (Saturday) and gave us a price. He looked at the fans we purchased and told us down rods were needed for 2 of the 3 fans. We secured the down rods before he arrived to do the job two days later. He returned on Monday when he said he would to install the 3 fans. He installed the fans in a little over 3 hours. He charged exactly the amount he gave us as an estimate. He brought everything he needed to complete the job. He also took all of the boxes the new fans came in and the old fans he removed which we appreciated. We were very satisfied with the work done.. We felt very comfortable with him in our home."

Nicks came up with the solution of installing a new remote switch. He gave me the option of having a wireless remote or the remote installed to the wall.
