"Victor was great to work with start to finish. Shared his plan and took pictures along the way to explain what he was doing. Very reasonably priced, punctual and professional. I didn’t like the original bathroom fan I had chosen and Victor came back to install a different one and gave me a great discount which I appreciated. Looking forward to working with him again for my electric needs at the house!"

"I told him the chores that I was wanting to be rectified. These were lights, fan in two bathrooms. Decisions for ceiling lights, under the counter lights updated, using existing cut spaces to fit the updated lighting. Checked all electrical outlets for appropriate wiring. Same with existing ceiling fans, wiring appropriately. Sanded, primed and painted the ceiling joists that were not taped but caulked incorrectly by a previous handyman. Discussed fixing many cracks in the ceiling throughout the open concept for 3 rooms. He sent me an itemized quote for all items . Also redid 5 ceiling lights with new lighting electric boxes. Will be discussing a choice of floor for a home on a slab. His work is thoughtful, compliant for coded work. He is nice, respectful, and descriptive to his work status and work status. I will be hiring him again when I need things to be done. Excellent worker ethic. Suzi Sxxxxx Homeowner"

"He did the job well but was not upfront about the final cost. He quoted us $200-$250 over the phone which we thought was a decent enough price so we hired him. However after he installed the fan, he charged us $350. I asked why the price went up $100 and he said it was because it took longer. If that wAs the case, and we were not getting charged a fixed rate, the he should have told us this from the get go."

"I hired Ten Home to come in and repair/repaint several rooms in my home that were badly painted by a previous company. Tom and his staff are incredibly professional, clean, and very hardworking. Very quickly I had a walkthrough, discussed all potential jobs and had an estimate! They installed some baseboards, relocated a wall-mounted TV, installed 2 new ceiling fans, re-caulked the main bathtub/shower combo and fixed some issues with my vinyl plank flooring. Then the paint...they had to smooth all of the walls and sand down before repainting with the best quality paint. Ten Home really did transform my home into something I can be proud of again! Already getting quotes for some other projects!"
