Dale was very professional and has excellent customer service. Dale provided me an ETA and was running a little late. He called me to inform me that he would be arriving a little late. I was very impress that he took my time into consideration. When he arrived, I had A TON of questions. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions with a smile. "He is great! He did great work, even figuring out how to transport over the remote capability for the outdoor ceiling fan from the old fan, and was very efficient and cordial. He was very careful also about being neat. In setting up the appointment, he was extremely responsive, punctual and prepared. He charged a reasonable amount. I would definitely retain the company again."
