"Martin Black, the owner, personally resolved the problem, installing a new motor, a new fly-wheel (7 times), as well as new blades and new mounts. Initially, I contacted Mr. Black in July 2016, and he diligently worked on my fan until January 2017. He experienced several set-backs with the Casablanca Co, sending dysfunctional fly-wheels. Mr. Black persisted and now the fan is completely over-hauled and works wonderfully. I appreciate his diligence and his expertise and I would highly recommend his services to others."

He tackled our old inverter system with ease, replacing a cooling fan deep within its innards, which necessitated disconnecting and disassembling a bunch of complex wiring and components (circuit breakers, charge controllers, monitor wiring and battery farm all involved) to get to the fan. He reconnected everything with no problems whatsoever, and everything is working wonderfully, good as new! "Had issues with them punching hole in my hvac stack, that is causing carbon monoxide to get into my house. They taped up the vent but that is not a safe repair. Now I have the additional expense of replacing the vent to the roof because they couldn't vent my bathroom exhaust fan after they installed it. They crack/chiped my enamel in my tub and dropped a tool in the toilet that broke the bowl more repairs for me = more money. The extra damages done made it very frustrating and expensive to leave me to repair your mess and take the price of my bill not cool."
