Prompt and professional. Came when he said he would. Answered all my questions and explained things. Only issue was that I had to wait several weeks because he had other jobs. I had a coupon for $39 that gave a discount on other work. The bill was $179. I delayed writing a review to see if problem with security light re-occurred, It is 6 weeks later and everything works fine."
