Through it all, he explained what he was doing at every step, He is agile, thorough, and clever. Despite the unexpected difficulty in the job, there was no effort to change the price we had agreed upon. The whole experience was satisfying and actually exciting. It was fun to watch a man who enjoys his work so much and enjoys satisfying customers."
