"Great!!! I really like this company"

"I needed as ceiling fan removed and new one installed. I spoke to April at Perez Electric and she was very helpful and scheduled the project to be completed. Daniel , the technician, first had to remove our old fan and then install the new one. He was very professional and explained the entire process. He put the fan together as I had just received the box. He also had to hook up the remote control for the fan. I would recommend this company and would use them again."

"Great. Technician assessed the problem with my existing fan and installed the new one."

"Very professional experienced electrician installed two fans very well. We will definitely call them again should we need an electrician."

"Rudy and his team did a fantastic job. They were quick and reasonably priced. He listened to our needs and the patio cover turned out better than expected!"

"Did a fine job installing better seals around exterior doors that had air leakage, found several windows that needed surrounding cracks sealed up around them to prevent air leakage.  Work was done well and neatly.  Installer (Carl) was knowledgeable, personable and nice to work with.  We had already done most of the things done in a attic to improve insulation and reduce heat so that part was offered but not needed.  Carl had other suggestions like solar attic exhaust fans and window film which we may consider in the future.  Job well done."

"Amazing!! He did my first Tv so fast, and even had time to do a second. He’s very friendly and professional, I will be recommending him to everyone! Thank you again for your hard work!"

"Lights out!! Then back on thanks to Rod! He came in professional and was patient throughout the whole process especially when I didn’t have the parts available on hand . Will be hiring again in the future to replace cieling fans and pendant lightning for my home."
