"We have a small bathroom in a older home.  Charles and his crew did our remodel while we where away.  It was wonderful to come home to a beautiful new bath.  We had the old cast iron tub removed and with a new tub..along with that Charles tiled the walls replaced toilet installed wall mounted sink, faucet, medicine cabinet, recessed linen cabinet, sheet flooring, also installed new exhaust fan and LED recessed lights over tub and new vanity light.  It came in at around 15,000 right in line with the two other bids we got.  The job was well done and except for the dust left from the sheet rock you would have not of even know they where there!  Most of the job was done a few months before we got back and he was paid.  A few things had to be finished up when we got back and when I called for him to do the finish up...towel bars etc he came right over. We would recommend them!

"Excellent service, the door was inspected and I was given a full tutorial on maintenance, operation and even how to change out the codes for the remotes and outside control unit.  The rollers were good so I was given a credit for future.  Great service, honest and very helpful - I would recommend Evergreen to anyone!  They are one of the top contractors I have worked with on my new place.

"We went with Ken's because he came in with the lowest bid and had great reviews from Angie's List.  I hate getting estimates but Ken was great to work with and obviously knows his stuff.  He was able to schedule us right away after we got our deposit in and picked our colors.  We left the rest up to him and his crew.  They came early, worked h****** a hot day, and were nice to my little girl who was really interested in what they were all doing.  Ken also sent extra help over as his different crews finished up jobs around the city. It was a crowd and they were finished in one day.  I was so impressed with their attention to detail and the time they took to make sure everything was well prepped before getting started. His crew did a great job and we are really pleased with the quality and look of our home.  We have had so many compliments already, job well done!

"I called Walt yesterday to replace two ceiling fixtures in my home.  He quoted me a price of $80 which was below what I had paid last time to someone else who had a $95 charge just to show up.  Walt and his wife arrived promptly at 11:00 AM and did the work.  They were friendly and did a great job.  One of the fixtures was a difficult install and they had everything needed to make adjustments in order to complete the installation.  I would definitely use them again.  They even hauled away the old fixtures for an additional small charge.  I highly recommend Walt's Handyman Inc. to anyone who needs work done for them.  UPDATE:  I did use them again and again was ver pleased.  This was another ceiling light installation and they were quick and efficient.  No extra charge to get rid of the horrid ceiling fan for me either.  I will be calling them again when I redo the kitchen lighting."

"Fantastic! The quality of the work was way more than I expected."

"They were great and they came out and gave us a quote. The quote was too high and we just decided to not do the job. Everything was fine we just couldn’t go forward with it."
